He is able also to save forever those who draw near to God through Him, since He always lives to make intercession for them.

Do you realize Jesus is praying unceasingly for you even at this very moment? As you read these words, He is speaking out the commands that move heaven and earth so His will can be carried out in your life.

You may feel as though you do not have a friend you can turn to for help and encouragement. However, you do—always. Jesus listens to your every prayer, will never leave or forsake you, and is always your Advocate before God’s throne (1 John 2:1). He continuously remains closer to you than a brother (Proverbs 18:24).

As your Savior, He wants the very best for you, which is why He is constantly calling you to know and do God’s will (Philippians 2:13). Jesus knows how to lead you so that you will fulfill the purposes for which you were created and glorify Him (Ephesians 2:10).

So today, know you are not alone. Indeed, you have the best Prayer Warrior possible. Listen to Him, trust Him, and be assured that He will never lead you astray.

Jesus, thank You for praying for me and leading me in doing God’s will! I trust You. Amen.
